T&Cs: By proceeding, you accept the termination terms outlined in the
Specific T&Cs.
Submission Deadline: To ensure your service terminates within the current
month, please submit your termination request no later than 3 days before the month
concludes.
Processing Cycle: Requests received within the first 3 days of the month
will be processed in the following month's cycle.
Service End Date: Your service will stay active until the final day of the
month in which your request is successfully processed.
Payment Requirements: All outstanding balances must be paid in
full before we can finalise your termination.
Irreversibility: Once initiated, the termination process cannot be undone.

Porting Out: If you intend to transfer your number to another provider, do
not submit a termination request, as this will deactivate your line and prevent the
transfer.
